Our instructors are there every step of the way to guide you through a complete program consisting of  self-defense and fitness.  Classes consist of adults of all ages and ability taught in a friendly atmosphere designed to encourage and motivate our students.  As you are learning martial arts you will work on developing your mind, body, and spirit.  Over time with patience and perseverance you be pleased as you see your focus, strength,  endurance, and flexibility improve. 

 At THE 1-2 PUNCH our students are taught a well balanced self-defense system that utilizes the very best of many martial arts styles. Through  combining the martial arts styles of Kickboxing, Hapkido, Tae Kwon Do, Jiujitsu, and Karate you will learn to defend yourself in practically any situation you may encounter.   

We understand that as an adult each student may have different expectations or limitations for themselves in regards to their level of ability to perform the martial arts techniques. That is okay, as a student you are looked upon as an individual and never compared to anyone else. Our unique system has been developed with the ability to adapt to the individual needs of our students.  No matter what your age, level of fitness, or experience we have time tested and proven teaching techniques that can work for you.
