The classes are designed to provide kickboxing techniques and circuit  training that is suited for all levels of  experience without the formality of traditional martial arts. 

Our kickboxing program is offered in several formats. One way to train is in our open format where you will learn the techniques and train to get in shape as you learn. You will not be going through our belt system in the open format.  The other format is to take our kickboxing classes on the curriculum basis where you not only will be learning kickboxing in a fun and exciting way, you will be earning your belt ranks that  reward you for all your hard work. Why not learn and get your black belt too!
