Ok I can't love this place enough!! I joined to help shed the baby weight from my second pregnancy and it is literally up the street from my house, with being a new mom I needed something close by and the hours work for my schedule because I can only workout in the late evenings. All the instructors are amazing!!! I was so fearful of starting and looking stupid working out, but they all make you feel comfortable and encourage you so much.
Can't believe I haven't left a review for the place I spend maybe the second most time next to my actual job. My son and I are into our 4th year with Master Domino and staff. In that time, I managed to lose 40 lbs at one point, (a lot is back, but the holidays just passed!) earn my black belt, and am now an assistant instructor. My son, who plays many sports, loves karate most, and is on his way to his black belt. My wife now does kickboxing here as well. The staff are wonderful people, (me included) very helpful, and accomodating. Honestly, we feel like family. Health and family, what more could you ask for?

Short answer; absolutely not! We have members of all health and fitness levels, and our classes are designed to fit around each one of these levels.
The only thing we ask is that you bring your best attitude when you come to one of our classes. If you have the mental framework determined to become physically healthy, that is all we want to see. Our trainers will help you get into the best shape of your life!
Of course. Although, we must say you get what you put in. If you follow a consistent workout pattern, you are bound to see the results you want. On average, kickboxers burn an average of 820 calories per hour.
No, we love teaching new members. There is no better way to gain respect from our community than someone who has the will to join our class without any experience. If you can take that first step, you have already proven to our group that you are a strong-minded individual. We will teach you everything you need to know.
Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.
Sweats and a T-shirt, or yoga attire, work best. You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!
We understand how busy your life can be; we would love to see you at least once a week. We believe once a week will be a good start for you to build your overall endurance and capability to implement the basic kickboxing moves.
Once you have built the basic foundation of the Kickboxing moves, we encourage you to then increase the amount of frequency and intensity of your workouts. We want you to go at your own pace, but make sure to challenge yourself to see the best results.
