Love the little dragon classes! Teaches kids at a young age to earn and work hard to achieve goals. I admiral their emphasis on discipline , focus and structure, are what the makes Martial arts a perfect fit for kids . Highly recommend this place
We are so happy we found this place for our son! Master Leo is great and answered all our questions and never pressured us once. The instructors and assistants are amazing! They really help my son feel comfortable and make sure he has a great time! They understand that each child is different and the kids learn so much! EXACTLY what I was looking for but didn’t think I’d find!!!! After being on complete bed rest for 9 months and hospitalized for 2, I neeeeeded something... to feel good about myself, to live healthier, and get stronger. After researching other gyms from orange theory to Pilates, I tried this class. I was done! It’s the perfect mix of cardio and strength training and I look forward to the next class... like really, I can’t wait to come back!!!! I’m the girl that has NEVER worked out before... just blessed with a fast metabolism so I never bothered... I’d meet a friend to trial a gym and then convince my friend to leave after 5 minutes to go eat!!! But after coming to Red Zone with Master D, I have so much fun in each class!!! The classes aren’t too big and everyone here is awesome!!! After only 5 classes, I’ve already seen a difference in my body, my ability, and how I feel!!!! I highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to get a GREAT workout and feel happier about their body!

I'm not solely interested in my daughter learning self defense, but more so life skills, social skills and character building. Your school and staff are incredible and we just love what you've done for our family. The experience you have and the wisdom you share is second to none. The 1-2 Punch Family is amazing! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and encourages you to do your best! I have gotten in incredible shape from going to kickboxing and I have made a new family. I would highly recommend people to join and see their lives change for the better.

Can't believe I haven't left a review for the place I spend maybe the second most time next to my actual job. My son and I are into our 4th year with Master Domino and staff. In that time, I managed to lose 40 lbs at one point, (a lot is back, but the holidays just passed!) earn my black belt, and am now an assistant instructor. My son, who plays many sports, loves karate most, and is on his way to his black belt. My wife now does kickboxing here as well. The staff are wonderful people, (me included) very helpful, and accomodating. Honestly, we feel like family. Health and family, what more could you ask for?
Ok I can't love this place enough!! I joined to help shed the baby weight from my second pregnancy and it is literally up the street from my house, with being a new mom I needed something close by and the hours work for my schedule because I can only workout in the late evenings. All the instructors are amazing!!! I was so fearful of starting and looking stupid working out, but they all make you feel comfortable and encourage you so much.
